On the heels of the much-lauded XC90, Volvo is continuing with its on-going overhaul of its flagship models. However, there will be a bit of a number's switch. Coming in 2016, and S90 and V90 will join the lineup as a sedan and wagon respectively, with a debut slated for both by the end of this year.
At least, that's what we hope. According to the spy shots displayed below, the S90 sedan is still wearing quite a bit of cladding. This could be misleading, as more cladding normally indicates a design that has yet to be finalized. But given the aggressive schedule Volvo is undertaking to bringing these models to market, it's more than plausible we'll see it by the Los Angeles Auto Show this year.
